“Mentoring is important to me because informal mentors have shaped my life, personally and professionally. I know firsthand that a mentor can change the trajectory of a young person’s life; by being present as a friend, confidant and guiding them through life challenges. To know that you have someone in your corner, rooting for you no matter what is the most powerful impact that one can make to plant seeds for future generations.”
